4. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by HA ECOM LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Service delivery begins after you complete our onboarding form and submit all required information.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout

6. Delivery of Services

Digital services are delivered within 3–14 business days depending on the service purchased, subject to timely submission of required information by the client. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Delays caused by government agencies, third-party processors, or incomplete client submissions are outside our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Respond to our communications within 48 hours to avoid delays

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive full ownership of all deliverables created specifically for you (e.g., website design, documents). HA ECOM LLC retains the right to use general methodologies, templates, and processes. Our website content, branding, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of HA ECOM LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HA ECOM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, government approval timelines, or payment gateway approvals, as these depend on third-party decisions outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
